Online Shopping Support
We supported a Japanese customer shopped Finnish online store.
She had already known what she wanted and from which shop, but the shop was available in Finnish and she was not clear if the shop ships to Japan.
We asked questions from the shop on behalf of her and helped all the process until she received the item between her and the shop.
Language barriers and cultural differences are likely to make people hesitate to do online shopping. We are happy that we helped our customer to shop safely.
